We take immense consideration when deciding what shops we endorse and share with you. Each shop gets three visits and cups of coffee to qualify for a feature. In these visits, we look for:
- Barista knowledge on the blends, flavor notes, and current offerings
- Consistent milk texture, temperature, and flavor
- A quality local roaster
